SPIRIT GUIDES
What are spirit guides? Everything is energy, frequency and vibration. We are all source energy and so is everything around us, including the things we cannot see. When you return to source energy and your human body is gone, you will look over and watch the people you love continue their human lives. Right now, in your human life, you have many beings all made of source energy watching over you. Most importantly there is a guide existing within your soul. Remember you are a soul using a human body, not a human body with a soul. You might call it your intuition, gut feeling, a deep knowing. Whatever you name it, you can’t deny its existence. Your main guide is you!
Some of your guides are passed loved ones and some are ancestors, some pure source energy that has been tasked with looking after you. Then there are multidimensional beings that some people call angels. The watchers of the spirit realm, the watchers of the guides and they can step in for you at any time.
Speaking of time, time doesn’t exist for spirit guides but they are aware of what timeline and earth calendar you are in. Your intuition will guide you first. When you don’t listen, your guides will try to send you signs. If you are going through a rough time, your passed loved ones and guides will try to send you signs in your earth realm that your human brain can recognise. Robins, feathers, pennies or a sign only you will understand that related to them.
Your spirit guides will send you repeating numbers, dandelions or things in your path as you go about your daily life that seem ‘out of place’.
You might receive downloads and your ear will ring when this is happening. Messages and downloads in your dreams are common or being woken up at 2/4am with direct contact, such as hearing your name being called. Your guides may be trying to get you to pay attention to a download or calling your name as a ‘download complete’ signal. Downloads are usually information that your subconscious will filter and put in the correct place. Sometimes a download is a new spiritual gift or an upgrade to an existing gift.
Your external guides can also heighten the senses that your internal guide can use, your soul, your intuition. This will manifest as goosebumps or a deep knowing that something is wrong or right, your ‘gut feelings’.
Your guides will send you repeating numbers all of the time, whether you are going through a rough time or a good time. It can be confusing but each repeating number has a meaning.
Other repeating numbers have meaning also and can be easily searched if you keep seeing them.
These numbers are just a sign that your guides are watching and doing their job, guiding! It doesn’t mean you do not have free will. You do. Do not be so busy looking for or waiting for a sign that you forget to move forward. Take the steps you want to take. Your guides will be there regardless. If you do something outside of their guidance they do not quit. They cannot hand in their notice and get a different job. Those guides are yours.
It can be a bit different with passed loved ones as they will have multiple people to watch over all at once and may only step forward with their energy in your greatest times of needs.
Your spirit team is yours alone. The signs and numbers are there all the time whether you notice them or not.
Your soul, your first and most important guide, just wants you to collect experiences. Your external guides want you to collect experiences. Make sure you are doing lots of different things, trying new things and collecting those experiences.
It doesn’t have to be grand plans, just walk a different way, drive a different way. Go to a new café instead of the one you always go to. If you’re always rushing around, try being still.
Join a new class, club or group. Go somewhere new. Even in your darkest times you can practice this. Find something in nature that is beautiful. Maybe a flower has grown out of a crack in a wall in a built up area. You never have to go far or visit a nature reserve to find a miracle of nature. If you look, there will be one just around the corner, no matter where you are!
Life is about noticing, notice the good, notice the miracles, notice how you feel, notice your intuition. Collect experiences in every moment. Collect, collect, collect!
Take actions towards your goals and listen to your intuition with every step. You will know if you are on the right path and your guides will let you know.
Every time you do something different you are also training your brain to cope well with the unexpected. So spirituality or no spirituality, doing different things all the time is really good for you.
TALK
You can talk to your guides, they are always listening. If you have a particular passed loved one you want to talk to you can call on them and talk to them also. Even if they are busy watching over someone else, they will listen to you. Tell your loved one and your guides what is on your mind. Ask them for things. Ask for protection, ask for an undeniable sign. Ask for a good nights sleep, ask for healing if your human body is stepping out of line.
It’s easy for source energy to forget what it’s like to have a human body. So if you are experiencing illness or your own spiritual gifts are waking you up at 3am, ask your guides to help. Please remember that your main and most important guide is you, you are asking yourself when you are asking your guides. Practice listening to your intuition, it is your soul trying to help you. Practice asking your soul for help to heal your human body.
The magic is you. Yes guides and signs are everywhere but the light, the signs, the healing, the magic… it’s always been inside of you and its always been YOU above anything else, before anyone else.
